Focus

The power to disengage our attention from one thing and move it to another is essential for well-being.

Directing attention toward where it needs to go is a primal task of leader. Talent here lies in the ability to shift attention to the right place at the right time, sensing trends and emerging realities and seizing opportunities. But it’s not just the focus of a single strategic decision-maker that makes or breaks a company. It’s the entire array of attention band width and dexterity among every one.

Take getting noticed in the market place where customers’ focus is hard currency. Leading attention required these elements:

  • Focusing your own attention
  • Attracting directing attention from others
  • Getting and keeping the attention of employees and peers of customers or clients.

Mindfulness

DATA OBESITY
  • Wealth of Information creates a poverty of attention.
  • Focus is our neural capacity to beam in on just one target while ignoring a staggering sea of incoming stimuli.
ANATOMY OF ATTENTION
  • The power to disengage our attention from one thing and move it to another is essential of well being.
  • Stronger the selective attention the more powerfully we can stay absorbed in what we have chosen to do.
  • Magical Number-Attention is a limited a capacity. 7 plus or minus two chunks of information has been taken upper limit of beam of attention-George Miller.

The faculty of voluntarily bringing back a wandering attention over and over again is the very root of judgement ,character, and will –William james

  • Mindfulness is deliberately paying full attention to what is happening around you and within you –in your body, heart and mind
  • Mindfulness is awareness without criticism or judgment.
  • Mindfulness Conserve Energy
  • Mindfulness trains and strengthens the mind
  • Mindfulness is good for the Environment
  • Mindfulness stops our struggling and conquer Fear
  • Mindfulness supports our spiritual life

Meditation

The Akasha the new concept of the fundamental nature of reality. It suggests that there is a dimension in the universe that subtents all the things that exist in it. It not only subtends all the things ; it generates and interconnects all things and conserves their trace. It is the network of the world and the memory of the world.

Akasha encompasses all the other elements: vata(air), agni(fire), ap(water), and prithivi (earth). It hold all the elements within itself, but it is also outside of them, because it is beyond space and time. It contains all the laws of nature, all the laws and regularities that govern interaction and evolution in space and time.

The new science of Akasha-connection-Recent advances in brain research show that the brain receives information from the world not only through the sensory organs, but also through quantum processes. There are two modes in which we can perceive the world and not just one: there is the standard sensory mode and also the quantum resonance based non local mode.

The standard sensory mode operates through the brain’s hierarchically organized neuro axonal network. Until recently, this network was sees as the foundation of all human experience. However the brain hierarchy of information-processing network does not end at the neuro axonal level but embraces sub neuronal elements as well. Some of these elements –the microtubules, and the arrays of subsidiary networks reach all the way to the nanometer level. They decode information in the quantum resonance mode. This is the case when the frequencies of the waves emanating from the Akasha conjugate with (lock on to) to the frequencies of the waves generated by our brain. The conjugating wave fields create what is known as quantum resonance: they transfer information from the Akasha to the submicroscopic networks of our brain. This information is intrinsically nonlocal: it could have originated anywhere in the cosmos and at any time. The information we receive from the Akasha does not necessarily penetrate to our walking consciousness. The brain is a collection of nerve cells that make up multi-layered frequency receptors, and in the course of time these receptors become wire to particular frequencies. “Tuning in” to the world means picking out the frequencies that are familiar from an ocean of unrecognized frequencies. For most people today the frequencies of the Akasha are not among the familiar ones. The information they convey enters their subconscious mind, but it is repressed from their waking consciousness.

Human brain can decode signals from the world in the sensory as well as in the nonlocal mode. We could add intuitions and insights that reach us in the nonlocal mode to the sights and sounds conveyed by our sensory perceptions.

This would vastly enrich our experience. It enables us to reconnect with the cosmos. Reading the Akasha calls for quieting our mind and entering an altered state of consciousness. In this state subtle intuitions that infuse our mind are not repressed from consciousness. They are transferred from our brain’s intuitive right hemisphere to its rational left-hemisphere, the seat of our walking consciousness.

Mind & Body

“Whatever increases, dereases, limits or extends the body’s power of action,

Increases , decreases, limits or extends the mind’s power of actions.

And whaever increases, decreases limits,or extends the mind’s power of actions,

Alos increases, decreases, limits,or extends the body’s power of action”       Spinoza

Forget fish oil and sudoku- it is exercises that makes you brainer

Physical exercise improves learng on three levels:

First, it optimizes your mind-set to improve alterness, attention and  motivation

Second, it prepares and encourages nerve cells to bind to one another, which is the cellulur basis for logging In new information and

Third, it spurs the development of  new nerve cells from stem cells in the brain.

Regular exercise isn’t just good for your body. It can also dramatically improve your brain, boosting learning capabilities, reducing stress, smoothing hormonal fluctuations and reversing the sign of ageing.

Technology

Brainwave Entrainment Technology using binaural tones:

Brainwave entrainment technology is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Brainwave entrainment technology is commonly used to induce many different brainwave states, such as a trance, for enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone.  It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.
